Second Amendment - My Two Cents

 Here is the short second amendment:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,

the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

A WELL REGULATED MILITIA for OUR Nations Security;

with the RIGHT of those people to keep and bear arms

shall not be infringed.

It has nothing to do with mass shootings,

nor civilians owning military assault weapons.

As a firearms owner myself,

I feel that anyone that owns a firearm should be will vetted

and they should be held to a higher standard.

Like the military is well regulated,

those who own firearms should be well regulated.

Let us:

1. Close the loopholes at gun shows

2. Make it harder for criminals to obtain firearms,

by banning online gun kits

3. Have a buy back program for assault weapons

AND

4. Expand background checks and vetting

Only then can we go forward like with Germany, Sweden,

and New Zealand for example; and put a stop to mass shootings.

That is "My Two Cents" Second Amendment Edition.

Earth Day 2021

 Presidents who did things for the Earth:

Abraham Lincoln - Protected Lands Act,

Theodore Roosevelt - National Park Service,

Nixon - EPA,

Woodrow Wilson - Organic Act,

FDR - Civilian Conservation Corps,

Jimmy Carter - Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act,

Habitat for Humanity, and Department of Energy.

Clinton -

Clinton's accomplishments are vast

especially with the environment.

He was an advocate for the earth.

Truly one of the greatest environmental presidents.

He set sanctions on emission standards,

set the toughest standards on soot and fog,

enacted the Clean Air and Water Act,

the Safe Drinking Water Act,

restored the pristine view of our National Parks,

accelerated Clean Up of Toxic Waste,

created the Global Climate Change Initiative,

and proposed to have 25 percent of our energy alternate by 2010.

Obama -

As an Environmentalist and a member of 350.org

I like the fact that President Obama enacted environmental reform,

signed the Paris Agreement,

and carried on the environmental programs of President Clinton

in building more wind turbines, solar power,

and other alternate energy plants;

he stopped the construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline,

he raised the regulations and standards

for greenhouse gas emissions,

and he signed the Green Energy Act.

Now Biden will be the third best president for the earth

as he carries on the programs of Clinton and Obama,

gets us back into the Paris accord, creates green new jobs,

enacts parts of AOC's Green New Deal,

and cuts our emissions in half by 2030.

New Years Resolutions 2021

 My New Year resolutions for 2021:

1. Get my Inventions patented.

2. Get my PI Cert.

3. Learn more Polish and Spanish.

4. Find a volunteer job - searching for missing children.

5. Get rid of the bad influences and fake friends.

6. Teach art to Children again; and get the art studio going.

7. Get the bank balanced, so my wife won't have to work.

8. Get my karate ka Brady up to his 2nd Dan,

9. Get my son Tim up to his 3rd and 4th Dan's.

10. Build up my New YouTube channels;

and "Truth Talk with Tymon"

My Two Cents - Following the White House Riot

 My two cents tonight:

It saddens me that we have one of the worst riots

in the white-house since 1812.

It is an insurrection mob.

I never thought I would see the day.

I have always saw a peaceful transition of power.

Even with presidents I did not like so much - like, Bush 43.

But he had more character and sense than Trump has ever had.

Even Nixon had more sense and character than Trump.

At least he admitted he was wrong.

Reagan was a true Republican, one I admired and respected;

but sadly Trump gave him and the GOP a bad name.

I voted for Reagan and even Bush the second time.

I had respect for both parties; now, sadly,

it is going to take me a decade to respect the GOP again.

We have to invoke the 25th, because he is unfit for office.

And Cruz, Nunes, Jordan, Graham should do the right thing,

like Nixon did, and resign for

inciting the riots that happened today.

Let us rebuild back America my friends.

For today is one of the saddest days I have seen.

I can truly say that; I fought for this country.

And today I am ashamed to have done so.

However, I will get my pride back in America;

and we will build this country back;

a country in which will be a great example

for others to follow again.

In climate change,

in its policies of helping other countries,

a county united, with much less hate,

with more kindness,

a place will migrants will come back to,

in which DACA will be restored,

but most importantly fighting Covid19,

and getting our economy back.

One day we will be back to the America I loved.

Biden will start to rebuild America.

That is all I got to say about that. my friends.

Trump and his Many Crimes

 The Many Crimes of Trump!

1. Sedition

2. Insurrection

3. Malfeasance

4. Inciting violence

5. Inciting a riot

6. Bribery

7. Misappropriation of funds

8. Obstruction of Justice

9. Obstruction of Congress

10. Cyberbullying

11. Spreading Falsehoods, Lies, and Conspiracies

12. Harassment of Women

13. And the List goes on!

He needs to leave in cuffs.

He is the Criminal and Chief!

He is nothing but a mob boss!

Only 2 weeks until a real President will be in the white-house.

I think he should leave now;

congress should have invoked the 25th a long time ago!

Lindsey Graham, Cruz, McConnell, Nunes, and Jordan

all have to go as well. They should all resign for

their crimes with Trump!!!

10 things that President Biden will do

 1. He will bring our democracy back and reunite us. 

For it is the Democracy of this Republic that keeps us together. 

And he will unite us with the world again, and bring us back into NATO. 

2. He will fight the coronavirus, trust science, bring us back to the Pandemic Response Team, 

and bring us back into the World Health Organization. 

3. He will bring our economy back, and create job growth 

like he did when he was VP under Obama. 

Right now we are under the worst economy and job growth since Herbert Hoover left office. 

4. He will fight climate change, bring us into the 21st century with green new jobs, 

build more wind and solar power, build back up the EPA, 

and bring us back into the Paris Accord

in which the U.S. will be a steward of the earth 

and an example for the world to follow again. 

5. He will start bringing an end to systemic racism 

which has been enacted in our laws since after the Civil War. 

This is long past do. 

He will also revamp the police force with better training 

and programs to build back up the community. 

6. He will bring back DACA, a path to citizenship, enact immigration reform, 

and reunite the families of the over 600 migrant children separated from family.

7. He will build back our infrastructure, get our roads and bridges rebuilt or repaired, 

and I feel we should get the train system going again like Obama wanted;

IE Train from Rock Island to Chicago to LA. 

8. He will build on the Affordable Care Act with a public health option, 

Sadly now during the heart of this Covid Crises, 

Trump is trying to get over 20 million Americans 

with preexisting conditions kicked off health care by another attempt to get rid of the ACA 

which states like New York, Illinois, California 

and others are stating their case to keep the ACA today.

9. He will stop the Muslim ban; 

and bring back the freedom to be who we are in this country. 

No matter if one is Christian, Jew, Muslim; gay, straight, bi; 

no matter boy or girl or transgender. 

We all have opportunity to excel in this country. 

Biden will stop the hate and bring back opportunity. 

And with the first ever female, black, Asian, and family of immigrants Vice President -

Kamala Harris; any little girl or teen can be whomever they want to be. 

They have someone to look up to and be encouraged and inspired by. 

The glass ceiling is broken. It has been long past due. 

10. He will enact gun reform, and start bringing an end to mass shootings.

Biden IS the president we need right now. 

There will be no more red or blue states, but we will be the United States again. 

I am so very happy that President Elect Biden won. 

It is time for Trump to go; he has hurt our country enough. 

When Biden was declared the winner there was dancing on the streets from New York, 

to Chicago, and to LA. And there were celebrations throughout the world;

with Fireworks in London and the Ringing of the Church Bells in Paris. 

On this day I am still feeling overjoyed! 

My Thoughts on this Sunday

 Wow! This world can be a challenge to my life.

My spirit is tested, my mind I have seen evil in my life,

through pain my body is exhausted.

I fight daily through my pain,

and there is still much in life I want to do.

One day I dream of being a philanthropist -

having my inventions being sold worldwide,

having an art studio for children,

having a chain of Tiger Ryu dojos,

having a housing unit for homeless in my community,

having a children's center in Cartagena Colombia

where my sponsored daughter is,

having a earth home in New Mexico,

having a yellow 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302,

and having my own jet plane.

But, during this covid crises I feel tired, quarantine, isolated

at times and I am ready for this crises to end.

I am ready to move on with a new President,

say good riddance to Trump,

and I will take heart in getting my life going again.
